During my time at Sailors’ Home, I undertook an immersive traineeship that, while unpaid, was invaluable in gaining knowledge and industry exposure. Supporting seafarers with documentation, licenses, certifications, and maritime education requirements, I developed a strong understanding of the administrative and regulatory side of the shipping sector. This experience gave me practical insights into maritime compliance, client service, and the bureaucratic processes that shape the industry’s daily reality.
Motivated by the synergy between hospitality and maritime, I founded Nausis M&H Services, where I serve as Operations & Business Development Officer. The company acts as a strategic connector, offering consultancy and tailored solutions for luxury hotels, maritime enterprises, and executive leaders.
